Enviro Deck™ Permanent Truss Deck
A prefabricated permanent truss deck system engineered for efficient, self-supporting floor construction.
Enviro Deck™ is a prefabricated permanent truss deck system consisting of steel lattice trusses welded to galvanised profiled decking. The system is manufactured off-site to specific span lengths, allowing the deck components to arrive on site prepared for installation.
The system is designed to be self-supporting on site, eliminating the requirement for propping and temporary formwork during construction. This helps simplify the construction sequence while supporting faster and more efficient floor installation.
With 16 product models and slab thicknesses ranging from 125 mm to 200 mm, Enviro Deck™ provides a range of configurations to suit different project requirements.
Key Benefits
-
No propping — self-supporting on site.
-
No temporary formwork — eliminates conventional temporary formwork requirements.
-
Off-site prefabrication — components are manufactured to specific span lengths.
-
16 configurations — 16 product models provide configuration flexibility.
-
125–200 mm slab thicknesses — supports a range of floor construction requirements.
-
AS/NZS compliant — developed for compliance with applicable Australian/New Zealand requirements.
System Construction
Steel lattice trusses + galvanised profiled decking → permanent deck → concrete slab
The prefabricated components are manufactured off-site and delivered according to the required span, enabling the system to be installed directly on site without conventional propping or temporary formwork.
Applications
Enviro Deck™ is suited to projects requiring efficient permanent floor formwork, simplified site installation, and reduced temporary works, particularly where construction speed and site productivity are priorities.

Seismic Isolation™ Structural Protection System
Advanced structural protection engineered to reduce seismic forces and support resilient building performance.
Seismic Isolation™ is an advanced structural protection approach designed to reduce the transfer of earthquake-generated forces and vibrations into a building structure. By introducing specialised isolation systems between the structure and its foundation, the system helps improve structural resilience and reduce building movement during seismic events.
The system is engineered to separate and manage the movement between the ground and the structure above. This helps reduce the seismic demands experienced by key structural components while supporting improved protection for occupants, building systems, and critical assets.
Seismic Isolation™ can be incorporated into a range of building types where structural resilience, reduced damage potential, and continued operational performance are important design considerations.
Applications
Seismic Isolation™ is suited to projects where earthquake resilience and structural protection are important design priorities. Applications may include commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, residential developments, critical infrastructure, and other structures requiring enhanced seismic performance.
