SPECIFYING THE COMPOSITE FLOORING SYSTEM

The SGBS Intl. (SMART GREEN BUILDING SYSTEMS) Design Guide and technology are accessible for use by industry professionals. The application and utilization of this information require design input from a licensed professional structural engineer. Structural engineers are encouraged to include the SGBS Specification Guide in their General Notes. The Composite Flooring System and ENVIROBEAM® are competitively available from your usual steel fabricators. Fabrication, construction, and assembly must adhere to the specifications and details outlined in the SGBS Design Guide.
